If you have a screen showing no audio no video or no video ON YOUR SATELLITE RECEIVER you can check your systems network setup.
Please push the MENU button on your remote control and go down to the NETWORK SETTINGS and press OK on your remote control.
THE PASSWORD IS 0000

Your system will now display a new user screen, go the TCP IP NETWORK settings and click ok, your screen will show if are either on Manual Detect or AUTO Detect
IF you want to reset your network setting and are on Manual Detect click the RIGHT arrow button on your remote control.
If you are on Autodetect clck on the LEFT arrow button on your remote control then push ok.
This will change your network setting and allow your system to reboot on your internet router. If you are having problems you may want also to first disconnect the power lines from your moden and your router, wait 30 seconds and then repower them to remove build ups of static electricity. Taiwan has no earthing and this can cause issues.

NOW ON YOUR REMOTE CONTROL PUSH THE EXIT BUTTON ONCE ONLY.
THIS WILL LEAVE THE NETWORK SETTINGS MENU BACK TO THE TCP IP MENU.
NOW CLICK ONCE AGAIN AND YOUR SYSTEM WILL ASK YOU DO YOU WANT TO SAVE CHANGES AND REBOOT. CLICK OK.

if you have rebooted and have no picture try rebooting again.
I always advise to leave the system on AUTODETECT as this will be the est setup for your IP Router.
If you have rebooted and still have no audio no video got back into the TCP IP and click OK.
After you see the network settings menu then PRESS the RED button on your remote control. This will give you a ping test. If you can see the ping speed then your systems are working and we may have to reboot ours.
If you have REQUEST TIMED OUT then your internet is not connected. Please check the cat5 cable is in your receiver. There is a light on at the back of the recever when the CAT5 cable has a connection to your router.
